I’m a food designer. I love to see how textures and flavors can create an unique human experience. I also like to see what art I can be created.
Currently I’m researching ways in which we can bring the senses back into day to day cooking as well as the simple pleasures of life; Making each day sensual and worth exploring.
My food stories really started in 2012 on the beaches of Australia and in the streets of Malaysia. There I learned how to make dressings, what spice really was, and the joys of a fresh papaya and jackfruit. What I remember from those times aren’t always the flavors but often the people who I shared experiences with. Solo or together food will alway bring us back to our senses.
